This is a simple weight loss drink made at home using chia seeds and lemons. It is a natural drink that will help you lose stubborn , belly fat while also keeping you hydrated.
Chia seeds weight loss drink Ingredients:
• Water
• Honey (for a touch of sweetness)
• A pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine water, chia seeds, lemon juice, honey, and salt in a glass. Set it aside for 8-10 minutes after thoroughly stirring it. Then stir it again, add ice cubes (if desired), and drink it.
